The leadership team is well-balanced, approachable, and genuinely invested in both the company’s and employees’ success. There is clear alignment and a strong north star guiding our work. It feels great to be at a company where I can honestly tell my friends "I really love my job."

We’re in a rapid growth phase, which can sometimes feel like building the plane while flying it. That’s expected for a company at this stage, and grace is important as we navigate changes and scale quickly. If you prefer a more stable, slow-moving environment, this might not be the best fit for you.
