The amount of stress placed on Media Strategy is unacceptable. Sales leadership is more sales accountants tracking the various activity level (cold calls, proposals, closes) in an ineffective CRM (Radio based). Managers are not providing effective strategies to network with potential clients. The powerful digital strategies are that Media Strategist are not Salem Media property. Getting proper support and accountability for result presents a challenge. I valued my 2 years at Salem Media and hope they turn things around.
