Many growth experiences available. Small company means closer attention/teaching from senior staff if you can find one available and willing to teach.
Cons
Management actively discourages employees from wearing PPE during asbestos and lead surveys. Wages are far lower than market standard. No annual reviews or employee growth metrics in place. Professional development appears to be viewed as a burden to management. Management prefers to brush over any sexism and sexual harassment their employees may encounter. Management does not listen to employee recommendations and requests for help. Management will bend over backward to make clients happy at the expense of employees.
