      ESOP, stock option, long term employees. Good benefits if you can afford them. Good coworkers.

      Cons

      Upper management needs to stop micro-managing and let people do what they were hired to do. Stick wit what they know and focus more on customer service

      Pros

      Great place to work with very friendly co-workers. ESOP Company so long term is great! Offer hybrid working for NC office jobs shortly after starting.

      Cons

      They do pay slightly less than market value for most positions, so short term money is lacking.
