Pros
The employees that work there a warm, caring people, that truly want to rise to perfection. The employees are the true gem of this facility. The guests are friendly and truly interesting people that come from various walks of life & backgrounds from around the world.
Cons
Leadership at this resort and their corporate office is sorely lacking. Compensation also falls below what other high dollar resorts pay. Personal growth is limited at best. They do not treat their employees with respect. If you review their Standards & Core Values, an employee can tell you that management and higher level employees do not practice what they preach.
