Career growth - ITS A WELL DESIGNED TRAP You stay in a position for at least 7-8 years before moving to next level (and you realize the scope of Work is the same as what you were doing from day 1). Management - WHO?? First of all, they shouldn't be called managers. Puppets with no knowledge of what they are supposed to do. And who returns the budget allocated to the dept(by not providing increment/bonus/not even office stationary) to please their managers. Training - WHAT!! Once upon a time, they had something called Training (even then it would only be given to few people whos managers pet) Increment/Bonus - HA HA HA!!
