Pros
This organization genuinely cares about its people. Time and time again, I see them go out of their way to do what is right for their people and customers. Management listens to concerns and always wants to know how can it be made better. I've never worked somewhere that I feel more valued as a person and contributor.
Cons
It's a small company, can't always do everything that they would like to do. Sometimes it takes time to see things implemented.
