Pros
- The top focus for the company is customer satisfaction, which means leadership asks for feedback and trusts the voice of customer & prospect facing employees - Roadmap transparency and speed of product releases has increased this year (which makes sales roles easier!) - Truly believe Sailthru has standout functionality, which makes working hard to sell it easier to get behind - Great employee perks like a personal growth fund ($1500) to spend how you like, unlimited PTO, fully stocked kitchens, and team lunches - Employee development is a focus, including giving employees opportunities to move internationally or to different offices
Cons
- Crowded marketing tech landscape makes it difficult to differentiate Sailthru from others -- especially with buzzwords like "personalization" and "AI" used by all - Focus on growth and customer satisfaction means lots of internal analysis -- sometimes feels like too much process / management layers - Work/Life balance can occasionally be difficult to achieve - I would like more clarity on what else is available to me at Sailthru long-term, outside of a promotion in my role
