Pros
Doesn't take much to get hired here.
Cons
This company is like a revolving door. People get hired and fired a month or two later. CEO Kevin Fisher is like a desperate little schoolboy who won't simply let go of the fact that his company sucks, and won't get any better. All the equipment used is off-the-shelf, literally anyone can set up a WISP. It takes good management to make a recycled idea work for a company, and Sail Internet is clueless on where to find it.
Comp plans for sales teams are unethical and unfair. Management blatantly lies about the expectations for each sales rep, and the comp that each employee would be receiving. Management blatantly picks favorites and provides a single sales rep with all the business, in order to cut costs with the other reps by not paying them out with their OTE.
CEO falsely projects that his company is here to stay, and will be growing. It's obvious that he simply needs to show some sort of growth to any potential buyers before he sells off this blight on society.
