      The Company is Family owned for over 150 years. They provide competitive wages with growth opportunities. Great facility

      Pros

      Pay and benefits are fantastic!

      Cons

      Management is miserable,NO sickdays (unless state mandated),schedule changes and overtime without notice,WEAK union negotiations, HIGH rejection % for time off/vacation requests. If you love your family or have any obligation outside of Sahlens this is not the job for you.
