Pros
After working in a help desk position for the 3 years, the role started to become monotonous and felt like a scripted event day after day. That all changed when I had the opportunity to join Sagewood Systems in a wonderful location like Santa Barbara. Since working here I feel myself challenged and eager to learn more each day. We get to work with some of the most exciting technology and our senior management have a wealth of knowledge in every area of IT. Along with some great team members I feel that we are able to exchange ideas/problems with ease and get things done quickly. I'm pretty sure that I have laughed about ten times a day since working here as well. I'm lucky to be part of a growing company and can't wait to see where we are in the next 5 years!
Cons
On-Call for our clients once a week, though this is expected until we staff 20+ people. Street Parking, but it's not that bad. (only 2 tickets so far this year!)
