The company has transitioned from a speculative start-up to a promising small business during my employment. Management is strategic, and the employees accomplish tasks cohesively. The flexibility to choose your working hours is amazing. There is a laid-back and supportive demeanor around the office, all while everyone is working hard to bring new products to market. Ample opportunities exist to learn new skills and innovate new technologies.

There is no established promotion expectations or raise schedule so it's difficult to forecast your financial future. This may become more transparent as the company grows, but it is not the case today.

Some people here were great to work with. Interesting work. Stable sector.

Underpays employees drastically and fosters a culture of over-work. Leadership is hard-headed, doesn't take feedback.
