Get to work alongside many talented team members. During my time with Sage Tree, I've worked alongside many smart, savvy individuals - many who have helped with my personal growth and projects. You'll be expected to work with many high profile brands and challenged to problem-solve on a regular basis. You can gain a lot of experience here quickly and if you stick around for a while, the company will place a lot of trust in your hands. It's a really good experience if you can handle a lot of autonomy, plus the responsibility for managing large creative projects. If you can create and add value to the company you will quickly rewarded.

It's not all a bed of roses :) Some projects and clients can be challenging and will test your patience. I've definitely put in my share of overtime as well. The starting pay is not the most competitive, but they do recognize high achievers. I've seen a few new hires advanced rapidly into leadership over the years. If you're producing amazing work, you'll likely advance pretty quick in the company.
