Promotions are based on performance, creativity, and collaboration. Hard work is noticed and rewarded. Leadership is approachable, genuine, and eager to accommodate both personal and career goals. Proud to have grown into the Director of Sales role and to represent a company that truly invests in its people.

      Pros

      Large portfolio of hotels with the potential for transfers and growth. Upper management is intelligent, helpful, and the layers of management help meaningfully support daily operations on the ground.

      Cons

      Culture varies widely by property and reality of available job growth is determined largely at the property level despite the larger portfolio. Lots of layers of management create a high level of bureaucracy that can make getting anything done a slow and frustrating process.
