I cannot say the same about the managers comparing to colleagues, they are not very transparent and usually if there's an order/idea comes from above, no one is questioning it and forwarding by doubling it to the bottom. Also there's a management gang where they protect each other no matter if the projects goes well or bad, they are protected, or protecting each other to keep the throne.
Remote working policy changed to two days going to the office, even that the people work for another countries in Barcelona has to goto the office and there are several people checking who's coming or not secretly.
There's no benefits, basically you have free coffee machine (if you are lucky it will work) and water in the office. Nothing else, no private insurance, no extra thing, nothing. And you will have to deal with weak laptops that are given by the company.
Besides that, you will see a lot of managers that you don't know what they are doing.
You will be bullied if you give negative feedback about the managers, you should never give feedback, otherwise you will be marked as problem and it will never change.
