      Pros

      Good salary beside being underpaid on same working role Good working environment Good ideals to trive together and willing to focus on what really matters

      Forcing colleagues to work from office again from 2-3 days a week, refusing to keep current way of hybrid working, year after year salaries are getting stucked beside they increase 3% and this is just not enough, "they know" says one of these comments and they do. The possibilities to work "away" from other places have always been very chaotic to ask, to formalize and to make. After some years the ways of living from their colleagues have changed but they dont even see how much workers have to do for these changes, for some people being back to the office works and for others do not, let them choose. This is the real way to thrive, not telling people you have go as mandatory while their working conditions worsen

      We are grateful for your feedback and sorry to know that your experience has not been the most positive so far. We have embraced a hybrid working framework because we are a human-centric organisation and we believe that great things are created when people come together. Face-to-face interactions are also vital for the enhancement of our colleagues' social well-being. At the same time, we continue to encourage our people to take advantage of our flexible working framework which allows them to work and live in over 40 countries worldwide for up to 10 weeks a year promoting work/life balance and refreshing the mind. We hope that we shall continue to get more feedback from you as we keep knocking down barriers for all our colleagues to thrive.

      They will work with you and teach you everything you need to know and help you as long as you help yourself and meet kpi but they help you meet it

      -Pay’s decent -Benefits are solid -The Sage Foundation feels like proper philanthropy -Some genuinely nice people -If you’re happy treating work as just a payslip and don’t mind things being a bit dull, Sage is actually quite a comfortable place to be. That stability is a real perk

      Cons

      -Far too many layers of middle management and general bureaucracy -The Ai push is getting a bit daft -Not especially innovative, so the work can feel quite uninspiring. I’m grateful to be employed, but if you’re after something more interesting, Sage will probably disappoint. That said, some people prefer it that way, fair enough -The office / hybrid requirements feel a bit pointless -Sage doesn’t tend to do layoffs, which is good, but it does mean there are quite a few people where you’re not entirely sure what they do. A lot of meetings, essentially. Even the positives come with trade-offs
