Pros

Pace Pay was decent Affinity Groups like Continuous Innovation, DEIB are really supportive Equipment supplied

Cons

The place is extremely political in nature, and growth in roles is based on who you know, and who are friends with who. They don't reward folks for hard work, taking on extra work or excellent projects, they reward gossip. They have no idea who is actually keeping their company running. The company constantly changes direction, to chase the next new thing. You barely have time to finish a project before the whole company initiative has changed and your projects are being rewritten or reconsidered. Middle management is terrible at communicating strategy, important changes and direction. There's a real lack of transparency on what is going on. The company is really knowledgeable in the United Kingdom market, but they lack serious knowledge of how to be effective in other countries like USA, Germany, Australia. They don't try to empower local market SMEs. They lay whole groups of folks once or twice a year. The most recent layoff didn't even get a press release. 50+ people laid off, and no mention. The year before they laid off 800+. Their Human Resources department is a ticketing system, and they take 5-7 days to respond. If you are used to having a regular contact, or someone you can call up to ask questions or talk to, you won't find it here. If you were/are going through a crisis, just call 911. It's a really awful experience. The company feels like it's living in the 90s, but not in a good way. At first you might think it's a special place but slowly it'll wear you down. You'll miss promotions and growth opportunities, you'll put in late nights and hard work only to be ignored and laid off. There's no loyalty to hard working employees. In the middle of the pandemic, my last company CEO cut his pay instead of cutting people, not here. The business model constantly changes, so they just treat folks like cattle.

Pros

was hired as remote and get to have that honored, but have been openly told no career progression because of remote status. decent pay

Cons

Leadership instability: Seven manager changes during my relatively short tenure. Unrealistic targets: A sales quota set at 1,100% growth (not a typo). Slow product development: Getting anything actioned on the product side takes far too long. Product management turnover: Three product manager changes, resulting in no meaningful deliverables in over three years. Misaligned hiring priorities: Greater emphasis on DEI optics than on hiring people positioned to drive growth. Internal vs. customer focus: More energy spent on internal events than on product enhancements. Lack of accountability (the biggest issue): No one takes ownership. Responsibility gets passed around constantly — for example, client cancellations going unprocessed because they impact someone's numbers. Managers have openly encouraged pushing the work onto someone else rather than handling it.
