Pros
Company is experiencing fast growth and promising future; people enjoy coming to work and making contributions and sharing ideas; work-life balance is respected and encouraged; management leads by example and does a good job conveying health of company to employees and sharing what the larger company overall is working on and what the goals are. Management also does a great job of creating a fun working environment and recognizing employees for their accomplishments. I feel appreciated and valued.
Cons
Sometimes when you move fast, not all departments are included in some decisions and that can lead to reacting to issues and problem solving. While this is an opportunity to learn something, it's best to make sure all impacted departments or players are informed and involved to prevent issues down stream that could be customer impacting.
