      Only pro's are if you don't mind getting fired in 3 months.

      Cons

      Horrible job, keeps switching owners, constantly fires people from the temporary agencies when work gets slow then re-hires when work picks up.

      Bare minimum time off and benefits (1 week PTO your first year and 2 for your first 5 years). Uncompetitive base pay and weak raises.
