Apprentices running there jobs Working hard doesn’t equal a raise Very close knit group of foreman/hard to move up once your a lead. They will send you as far as possible without having to pay you for gas/do paperwork. Was asked as an apprentice to run small jobs in order to get a raise. Based off of 1 hour to 40 hours worked PTO(California law is 30 hours to 1) what is wrong with that. Ask michelle (hr manager) before you accept offer. At-will company,can be let go on the drop of a dime and vice versa Not very competetive pa as ypu move up n experience
