Pros
If you don't have an education grocery used to be a great job. If you want to work 60 hours a week you can become a manager.
Cons
Union dues w/o real protection. No real retirement. Working nights, weekends & holidays. If you're going to work grocery I would go to- Costco, Trader Joe's, Sprouts . They have a reputation for treating their employees right.
