Where do we begin...
I'll just lay the basics out, as I don't want any prospecting hires to read a novel. It's taken me over a year since I left to begin to put into niceties the horror that is this company. To be honest, I can compare leaving Safety NetAccess to breaking up with an abusive boyfriend or girlfriend. I ended up having to re-learn how to interact in a normal, functional work environment, and stop flinching every time my boss would talk to me.
You will get screamed at.
You will be demanded to work longer hours.
You will work for other departments that were not listed in your job description.
You will be thrown under the bus, so to speak, for mistakes that management made, to save themselves.
You will work in an incredibly hostile work environment.
I worked here for 3 years. I learned a lot, and met some very good people.
Sadly, all the good people left.
