Business outlook
Pros
Management is fair, always provides contracts and jobs. Very stable long-term contracts. Very nice and supportive work culture. The ESOP is nice, and the health insurance isn't bad. Overall, a great company if they could work on the pay it would be by far the best job/company.
Cons
Pay is not what it should be to keep up with other companies. Travel is not paid for gets very expensive going to and from work. The company still operates on the offshore side with an EMS mind set when it comes to pay.
