You have a flexible schedule and can take days without pay.

They Micromanage every single second of what you do and how you do it. The pay is way too low for the work they ask of you. No healthcare or pto unless you work full time. They force you to sell their products and its one of your KPIs. So if you want to move up you HAVE to sell their products.
