      Very poor managed company - Electronics Technician SafeCare Employee Review

      Pros

      Good work, they keep you busy at least when I work there you were able to get decent amount of overtime.

      Cons

      The owner gave the company to his daughter who doesn't know how to do any of the work herself. They hire in family and friends in the office and there is a lot of drama over petty stuff. They're dishonest to their customers and cheat them on drive time and parts. Loyalty means nothing to them I have seen them fire people that have been with them since the beginning.

      Culture is top notch, employee engagement, company goes above and beyond with incentives, fun and engaging work atmosphere, pay and benefits are very good. Really good communication.

      Cons

      Location, road construction can make highway travel challenging.

      Centrally located, friendly co-workers, business casual work attire

      Cons

      Commissions for sales changed 3 times in 1 year making it almost unattainable and unrealistic. Leaders are not fully invested in their employees success. Nit picking when to punish and giving little to no praise for jobs well done.
