She's unqualified, misses 3-days of work a week, and manipulates the CEO to make brash decisions that are not in the company's best interest. - Nick Groat (CEO/FOUNDER): Great at product development, terrible with leadership, operates from a place of emotions daily and is easily manipulated by his finance, Katie Myers. - Conclusion: These two individuals are the only two problems in the entire company, remove them, morale goes up, effectiveness increases, and turnover dies. These two will run this organization into the ground.
