Basically everyone who works there is very nice and willing to work with each other. There's a general attitude of people working towards improvement.

Communication/standards between departments is lacking. The organization should probably be 2 or maybe three separate entities.

Experience. Travel. Working outdoors. CEO is a strong and fair leader.

Long hours. 8am-11pm a few times. 90 hours + a week with no overtime. Middle/Upper management adamant when wrong. They prioritize their self interests, rather than the long term interest of the organization.
