A company with a purpose bigger than themselves that the whole team really rallies around. Opportunity to work with Enterprise & Fortune 500 Level clients for digital marketing but in a close knit team. Another huge pro is that everyone is 100% remote meaning there is a lot of trust to get your stuff done with micro managing, self starter is a must! One of the most rewarding parts is seeing the effect of large SEO campaigns on Enterprise level clients.

My one gripe is that with everyone being 100% remote it does make it hard to have all of the collaboration that I want. I'm learning how to be very diligent in reaching out to team members to build up our personal relationships as well.

Personal growth is valued just as equally as professional growth within the team; work goals align with individual goals which is awesome. The team is 100% remote but there's not one person I can say I don't have a relationship with due to open communication and team huddles a few times each week. Business wise, the company is still seeing growth even in these current times, so there's plenty of work coming in. The best part is the company mission. Knowing the work we're doing is providing towards the protection of the Amazon Rainforest makes those days where work stress creeps in better, by having a greater sense of purpose.

Couple of the startup downsides. Wearing many hats is essential and lack of benefits in the traditional sense (for now).
