A company with a purpose bigger than themselves that the whole team really rallies around. Opportunity to work with Enterprise & Fortune 500 Level clients for digital marketing but in a close knit team. Another huge pro is that everyone is 100% remote meaning there is a lot of trust to get your stuff done with micro managing, self starter is a must! One of the most rewarding parts is seeing the effect of large SEO campaigns on Enterprise level clients.

My one gripe is that with everyone being 100% remote it does make it hard to have all of the collaboration that I want. I'm learning how to be very diligent in reaching out to team members to build up our personal relationships as well.

What I love the most about working at Sacha is being part of a mission to preserve the Amazon rainforest. The team is very supportive and we're constantly helping each other grow both professionally and personally. The work we deliver to clients is also crafted with top quality standards. Really happy to be part of this team.

Not too big of a con but as any other start up there's a lot going on and some extra work is needed because of the fast growing pace we're experiencing right know. But honestly, so far it's been worth it. Our mission, team and results are pretty awesome.
