      Best work culture and work life balance is excellent, being a travel industry and many IT industries are struggling to retain people Sabre has paid 100% Variable pay to employees and taking care of all the family members very well. Happy news is Sabre was among the top 50 companies earning the Best Global Culture award from Comparably, a workplace culture site and corporate brand reputation platform.

      Mgmt worried about their own jobs and will use lower levels to scapegoat to keep theirs. Lack of forward vision and trying to stay relevant in marketplace by chasing latest trends in name only.
