Pros

I've Been with the Company since 2017, and i'm grateful for the growth I've experienced over the years. Starting as a Leasing Consultant, I've worked my way up to Leasing Manager, and now to Property Manager. The Opportunities for advancement are definitely there, but it's not an easy path it requires hard work and dedication. However, If your commited, the company supports growth and development every step of the way. I truly love my Job and the Opportunities I've been given to progress in my career.

Cons

With many opportunites for growth, the workload can be demanding at times. It's important to manage time effectively to maintain a healthy work-life Balnce.

Pros

We are a "back to basics", owner managed company and I LOVE IT! If your personality type prefers a constantly changing environment versus mastering the basics or having events and conferences (on your time), we may not be for you. However, if you would like a career where teams work together to help each other, you receive one on one guidance and training while learning and growing and at the be for you. At the end of the day, you want to go home to enjoy your personal life, we may be your answer!

Cons

We are a 24/7 business and taking ownership of the position is critical. If you can't operate with common sense, if you don't have a strong work ethic and a good attitude, if you can't take instruction till you master something without being offended, this is not the company for you.

Pros

The residents are great, unfortunately they are always scared.

Cons

Racism to the T, only Hispanic hires. As most are illegal immigrants or new to America, therefore the lack complete knowledge to their rights or that we have a labor department. Extreme illegal/illicit activity like violating standard sexual harassment policies, everyone knows particularly Corporate because they are involved themselves. They always conduct illegal activities from tenants’ rights by the GA state law, all the way to Federal / National human rights. Anyone who speaks on it is terminated, they will bluntly make you a case on an individual and entirely wipe all evidence. They control everything, from monitoring your screens, emails, listening to conversations and even setting employees up with the sole purpose of getting away with their corruption.
