- Good flexible schedule - Not stressful job - Work from home

- Very strange internal communication: during onboarding they say hi, without asking how are you - you will be basically isolated, and speak only with the supervisors - is prohibited to ask questions in the common chat, they say: gather your questions and we will reply later on a meeting, but they don't schedule a meeting during the day -manager is always late for the meetings - one supervisor was shouting and losing her temper, that looked very unprofessional - very strange onboarding when you have to read an information without lots of context - Different supervisors demands different things. Some are very relaxed and approve your tickets, and others decline everything by sometimes subjective reasons

-fair salary -kind, professional, and hard working collegues -clear methodologies -always pay on time -the products themselves are very good quality

-the system is outdated and prone to issues -time tracking is extremely strict -the most volatile and unqualified supervisors I've encountered in my career -HR is non existent -communication issues (should be done in english but not everyone understands it fluently)
