Pros
It's remote. Interview/recruitment process is quick.
Cons
- On your starting date you are contacted by 1 person and you're given minimal instructions; - No further guidance or on-boarding, you're given a sheet with pages you should consult and click "complete" to move forward; - You'd like to know your schedule? You gotta ASK because otherwise they won't tell you; - Wanna know more about your tasks, learning programs, follow up, team building or info about anything related to the job? Too bad! - Do you like feeling isolated and have zero communication with other departments or teams? Then this job is perfect for you! - Do you also like old looking CRMs that no one will bother to teach you how to use? You got it! Additionally, you gotta be okay with controlling "flexible" schedules, kinda like asking your teacher permission to use the bathroom. And be prepared to deal with robust unprofessionalism when it comes to being laid off. There won't be any feedback and it'll be a surprise.
