      Everything else. Managements terrible. They'll probably dive this company into the concrete. Started off with better benefits, then had them removed due to what our CEO calls "being competitive with our benefit package". This company is ran by a narcissist. Stear clear.

      Pros

      Great benefits, plenty of personal/vacation time, personable enough to get to know many people and job security.

      Cons

      New employee training is non-existent. Growing so fast this can create a potential issue. Structure is needed as well. They have recently recognized this and working hard to change that.
