Pros
the team - everyone works hard and helps each other out (so long as they have time!) Own your success - there is little oversight or restraint in your ability to take on projects and tasks to grow professionally. Great for those looking to advance their skills quickly. work from home, unlimited vacation (although the latter seems to flip flop) can demand a good salary if you are a producer SalesOps and Marketing Ops leaders are top notch and great to learn from Marketing Team has really elevated the brand and quality of content
Cons
no real leadership experience running companies - great at sales & revops strategy, but not scaling a company very poor communication from COO and indicates lack of experience and expertise in operations business model constantly changes, which has costs not understood by leadership constant changes (which is typical in a small start up like environment) that causes significant stress on employees suspect company structure - very unclear where the headquarter location is, and has the appearance of multiple "shell" companies which can be a huge risk for any organization doing business with them blatant dishonesty to employees on benefits, salary growth ceiling - without a path & plan for growth, you will hit a ceiling for your professional growth operational model - they try and re-invent the wheel every few months, with no real plan. this causes internal confusion that creates waste for company and client they dont practice what they preach
