Management are all conceited, fundamentally rotten to their core and operate without a care for their employees...everyone is expendable and management hate being challenged. This organisation is constantly masking what is really occurring, they have no processes, no real systems, no empathy, no real tools and the majority of their resources change week to week. Projects and Programs are always under resourced, resources are driven to the point of burn out, with excessive demand on their time, regularly in excess of 12-14 hours per day and weekends. Senior management goes missing when their staff are in need of help both in relation to delivery and when it comes to the management of ones mental health. There are no 1on1 discussions or check-ins, no actual reviews, unmeasurable or no real KPIs. Pre-Sales scoping of projects is lacking, with unrealistic timelines agreed without subject matter expert engagement or consultation. Do your research I say, ask around to ex employees for the real experience and mail on how these cowboys operate.
