This team is so great to be a part of. They make sure you have family time and don't expect your life to revolve around work. They are up front about expectations and want to see everyone move up.

Hours can get a little crazy- This isn't really a con since the pay checks are nice!

Let’s don’t kid ourselves, every day isn’t perfect and if you’re looking for that you’re chasing unicorns. However, there’s a strong team / family atmosphere here that can’t be beat. Culture is everything and they have a great culture that fosters individual development. While we work hard they realize that we have lives away from work. Because of that we typically work 4 days a week which gives us plenty of home time if we are traveling. I really get the sense that this is a place that I can grow while being treated fairly.

I don’t make a million dollars a year.
