Working here gives you a strong sense of what you do every day really matters for our clients. Emergency communication is a vital part of BCP and you can play your part to contribute to the customer's safety preparation. It's a highly rewarding job, not just serving the customer but also working with a very dynamic and diverse global team. I've learnt so much in such a short time. I think this is the most interesting role I've had so far and I really enjoy coming into work each day. New challenges are followed up by new solutions, we'd go to every length for our customers. Hierarchy doesn't seem to matter as much as in other companies, we all pull together and help each other out to achieve the best results for the customer. I don't feel like a small cog in a big clockwork either. Everyone - from top positions to your normal colleague - is very approachable and helpful. It's a pretty unique work environment and I enjoy the pace of it all.
Cons
Nothing negative so far. Training could be more structured and planned, but I got a lot of one-on-one attention which helped me get started quickly. So really nothing to complain about.
