      Pros

      Great work-life balance, great working environment, much more pleasant than in a bank. You might work on projects that will change the entire interbank transaction industry.

      Cons

      Current CEO is not very pro active or competent. The senior management is not as competent as you would expect from such a company.

      Nice offices. Great colleagues. Interesting work. Truly great healthcare International travel

      Cons

      Poor senior management and too many middle managers Terrible performance management approach related to who you know not what you do. Good engineers are leaving because there are no promotions and the pay has fallen far behind other companies
