      Work from home if you're in the front office (PM's included). Unlimited lates and call-offs. Paid for senseless meetings. Kiss the ring and fail upward.

      Cons

      Quality, accountability, and safety died with the founder. Pay is extremely low for what is expected. Push everything out the door to hit deadlines no matter if it comes back.
