      Pros

      If you want to expand your knowledge on the payroll system and actually being able to hire people wich allows you to feel like your own boss.

      Cons

      There aren't any downsides really to this job except for I would have liked this to be a long term job instead of a temporary.

      The people at SWA are the absolute best people to work with. We really are family!

      At this point I really can't think of any cons. So how about this: let us use buddy passes for international travel!
