Pros
They are eventually moving the office to Nashville
Cons
My first 2 weeks I met with many people and most all said they hated working here which was not encouraging. During oboarding I wasn't told a specific time to come and ended up being late for a required onboarding session. Also wasn't given instructions to the building. Culture: Was told during my interviews this was a supportive, collaborative, flexible environment. After working here for a while this is not true. Managers get no required ongoing training on how to lead, how to develop careers, how to communicate, or give performance reviews. Have been told multiple times by different people (incliluding my manager) asking off for more than 2 days in a row is frowned upon. Have been reprimanded and critizised publicly by my manager. Have been interrogated by peers for personal choices. Diversity: there is none, and they don't publicly support diversity. They only hire white males who are more than 6 feet tall. The hardest part of the job is that no one cares about their job or they care too much and work 24/7 and expect you to do the same. For the people who don't care it is hard to get anything productive out of them. Pay is less than average. Seems like there is only one HR person for all of the USA so it takes forever to hear back. My opinions don't seem to matter here even though I am a very experienced professional. I have been critized for doing too much work!! I have been critized for doing too little work. Hard to please and changes on a wim.
