      good salary and good medical benefits

      Cons

      No work life balance. No employee appreciation no bonuses even staff is not treated well. You will asked to to do overtime and after doing overtime you will not be provided compensation and also meal quality is quite low for staff and no growth and there is not a word like training for new employee
