Terrible job and place too work - Cleaner SUNY Canton Employee Review

Union is useless. Supervisors can lie on evaluations. Rumors spread like high school. If your not a favorite you might as well find a new job. Supervisors participate in rumors and talk about employees with other employees. Union president is in the Supervisors pocket. There is literally nothing you can do if a supervisor breaks rules. Grievances are pointless. They push people too the top based on who they are related too no matter how lazy the individual is or what they know and don't know.
