Production is usually seasonal, communication is a must in order to pick up a few methods and tricks to make your life easier

Company is good free to take ther finish product.

The bad thing is most of supervisor is not good attitude even the manager that i know specially he is new even not big deal mistake by the staff because everything will sort by him before get in to the production but still giving a bad feedback even ,you doing your best to be a good worker and help the company as long as you can.very bad experience to have like that manager
