* Fake positive reviews by Hr's. * Fake promises from managers and hods. * Hr's will leave no stone unturned to get a slightest possibility of exploiting you. * No process in any activity. * Hod's of each department are excellent at sports (blame game). * Company is full of freshers as the experienced people don't want to ruin their life. * 3 month notice period will hount you. * Appraisals are a joke. * No work life balance * You would end up working on weekends most of the time. * No mentorship for freshers, derailing from career path is obvious. * Managers will give an ear to all your problems, only if you resign and the solution they come up with is a "salary hike". (Hr's love it because they will again beat you in the game in which they are best). * You will be told that your performance is not good enough during appraisals. But you will be a kohinoor of a crown once you resign, all of a sudden you become the best person.
