nothing to complain about at all

The core mission of the company - to assist Law Enforcement and to protect victims of abuse and trafficking - is a noble one, and one that, despite SUMURI LLC's many shortcomings, shouldn't be dismissed. The vast majority of ground-level employees are always honest, hard-working people with a positive attitude (which, unfortunately, always ends up getting soured over time). SUMURI LLC is never open at night, on weekends, or during any Federal Holidays, so there is a true work-life balance. Dress code is very lax so long as you don't wear anything obscene. Occasional pizza parties, and an annual Holiday party in the Wintertime.

This company is only 15 years old. On average, the company only houses between 20 to 50 people at any given time. Only 3 are in the highest echelon of Management. In the last 5 years, 69 people came and went: 16 were let go, and 53 quit. Those that quit all cited the same reasons as every other negative review here, even those dating as far back as possible: micromanagement, mismanagement, lack of trust, shifting goalposts, favoritism, passive-aggressiveness, piled-on responsibilities with no extra pay, and unrealistic expectations. So in 15 years, nothing has changed or improved. SUMURI LLC's greatest folly is its uncanny ability to hire incredible people, whittle them down, and end up pushing them back out the door.
