Pros

There are no pros to working here but having doors slammed in your face all day.

Cons

They won't tell you this until you are hired and working but it's door to door sales trying to sell people tv, phone and internet. They call it having "warm leads" when you just literally go park in some neighborhood and knock on random peoples doors. It's NOT marketing, it's NOT advertising, it's NOT account management. The website is 100% dishonest and false adverting just like the people who work there and recruit you.

Pros

Opportunity for growth and no seniority and commission and bonuses are a perk if you can pick up their systems quickly. Some of the people are nice. Good if you’re looking for door to door sales with hopes of moving up in the company.

Cons

Promotes unsustainable work habits, no PTO or benefits. A few days of training, then you have a few days to close sales or you get fired. People can get promoted quick but there’s no pay raise or anything that comes with it. ‘Promotion’ just means you’re responsible for showing up to the office earlier to do interviews and meetings (you’re not paid for the extra hours). Office cliques are apparent, even within management. Lots of inconsistency in the pitches. Two days to learn their sales pitch or you get fired.
