Worst company I have ever worked for - Anonymous employee SUBNET Solutions Employee Review

This is the worst company I have ever worked for. Management will publicly humiliate staff in front of other team members and customers . They will promise you raises and give you new job titles and expect you to perform the duties of your "new" position but it make take years to get a new job description and compensation. On the flip side, management may decide to demote you and not tell you until it is announced publicly to the rest of the team. There is zero work life balance and you are expected to drop everything on a whim if management calls you, whether it is 6pm on a Friday night or 6 am on a Sunday morning, they do not respect your time. The HR staff has zero experience in how to properly deal with issues to help bring about change to help make this a less toxic environment.
