Pros
* Little stress/good work-life balance * Some nice colleagues
Cons
* Basically, just another poorly managed consultancy firm. * They like to portray themselves as "the best Python devs" but at the end of the day, there is nothing that justifies that name. Even in the middle of a huge brain drain, the management liked to pretend everything was fine. In the end, there were not that many experienced people there anymore(ofc depending on the office). * The "well defined personal development roadmaps" is an illusion. It is used as a convenient excuse for management but in the end, it is just a hypocrisy. As other reviewer mentioned, people CAN negotiate salary formula values, people CAN earn more than from the salary calculator, people DO negotiate more. * Barely any home office * Poor internal training. The training budget(which is only 75% of anything) has to be used in your own time, you can't use work hours. * No place to grow.
